Turns out that the cavity I have has an abcess... I don't know if that's even how you spell that.

Alsoly, turns out, that the dentist wants either $1700 for a root canal to save the tooth.... or $200 to pull it out....

All I know is, my mouth hurts and I don't have $1700.... So, I'm thinking, bye bye tooth!
